PURPOSE:To shorten the length of a line by freely reciprocating a first and a second set means respective for rear wheel houses and for a rear panel in a second set station to and from a rear floor assembly station, and providing a delivery means of a rear floor. CONSTITUTION:After welding a rear floor panel W1 and a rear frame W2 in a second joining station 1c, the rear floor panel W1 is supported with a work receiver 13d, transported to an assembly station 1e, and the rear floor panel W1 is loaded on a fixing jig. By first set means 15, 15 for a pair of right and left rear wheel houses and a second set means 16 for a rear panel capable of reciprocating between the assembly station 1e and a second set station 1f in front of it, right and left rear wheel houses W3, W3 and a rear panel W4 are assembled, joined to the rear floor panel W1 with welding robots 143 on both sides of the assembly station 1e, and the rear floor is assembled. The rear floor is suspended by a delivery means 24, and delivered from the assembly station 1e. |
