PURPOSE:To comparatively simply provide a voice cipher function to a slave station equipment having a DAMA function by allowing a sender side to add a cipher parameter as a cryptographic data to an out-band and to send the resulting signal and allowing a receiver side to decode the cipher parameter and to receive a voice signal. CONSTITUTION:A sender side of a slave station is provided with a scramble circuit 15 applying scramble processing to a voice signal, a circuit 16A generating a multi-valued data being a cipher parameter of the circuit 15, multiplexer circuits 17, 18 ciphering the cipher parameter to an out-band of the cipher signal, and a transmission section 6 sending the multiplex signal. Moreover, the receiver side is provided with a circuit 21 detecting the cipher parameter at the out-band from the received cipher signal, a decoding circuit 20 decoding a multi-valued data, and a descramble circuit 23 applying descramble processing to the cipher voice signal. Furthermore, the system is provided with a slave station DAMA equipment 8 controlling the cipher parameter. Thus, the voice transmission is attained and a voice cipher function is realized. |
