<p>A method for selection of food products for diet optimization provides for the use of a monotonous food ration so as to achieve readaptation of the human organism manifested in involontary development, firstly, of the first phase of the readaptation: lowering of the intellectual and physical tone of the human organism, then of the second phase of readaptation: an unusual raising of the said characteristics of the organism's condition and, possibly, of the third phase of readaptation: development of a stress condition in the organism. The mentioned reactions are recorded. Then a subsequent separate approbation of different food products is effected with simultaneous registration of the reaction of the organism in response to each product. The responsive reaction of the organism is compared with the above-mentioned adaptation reactions of the organism to the monotonous food ration. On the basis of said comparison those products are then selected whose consumption provokes a responsive reaction of the organism adequate for the second readaptation developed by the monotonous food ration.</p> |
