The invention relates to a system for global shielding of an antenna from electromagnetic disturbances. Such a system consists of a flexible envelope (14) which reflects electromagnetic waves and is fixed to the antenna (1) so as to completely surround the set of electronic circuits (11) and electrical cables (12) to be shielded. The invention is particularly attractive in respect of radar or self-directing antennas which are steerable since the flexibility of the shielding does not in any way hamper antenna movements. <IMAGE>
