PURPOSE:To automate the making and vending of fresh uncooked noodles by packing made noodles with a rolled film without any complicate cutter mechanism and discharging them. CONSTITUTION:Powder from a powder hopper is stirred by a mixer together with kneading salt water from a water tank, rolled, and cut into noodles, which are sprinkled with flour formed into a noodle ball; and the ball is conveyed by a 2nd conveyor 30, and sent to the takeout opening by a 3rd conveyor 37. Between those conveyors 30 and 37, films 41 and 43 are extended from a 1st supply roll 42 and a 2nd supply roll 44 while shielding the conveyors, and a fusing mechanism 45 fuses the both as shown by (a). Namely, the noodle ball while mounted on the conveyor 30 is inserted and mounted on the conveyor 37 while the films 41 and 43 are wound in and a pressing member 48 moves down at the same time, so that the noodle ball is wrapped and discharged. |
