The invention relates to diametrically polarised condoms (polardoms) composed essentially of two unseparated, i.e. one-piece or breaklessly merging, approximate halves. As their rear approximate half has a smaller diameter and their front approximate half has about the same diameter as the penis itself, the front approximate half of the polardom remains axially still in the vaginal passage during the axial movement of the penis, whereby, with the aid of an additional lubricant, the penis is subjected within it to a slight axial natural movement which thus provides friction in relation to the inner surface of the polardom and hence finally the frictional sensation which is lost in the use of an ordinary condom is restored.
