(b2) at least one organic polyhydroxy cpd. with an OH number of over 400 in 0-100 hydroxy equiv% based on (b1) and opt. with (c) other polyurethane processing aids and additives, in an equiv. ratio of NCO gps. in (a) to NCO reactive gps. in (b) of 1:1-1.8:1. The new feature is the presence of 1-30 wt.% based on total wt. of (b) of at least one organic cpd. (b3) contg. a ketoxime gp.
