<p>PURPOSE:To prevent internal slippage of a detection element and to intend stabilization of detection characteristic by fixing and arranging the detection element to a bottom side of a bottomed cylindrical body by a filler material, and by providing a preventing part of movement preventing the element against the cylinder body. CONSTITUTION:At a lower end side A edge of inner surface 2d of cylinder which is the body 2 of a case, a notch 21 is provided as a prevention part of movement and also a ring groove 22 is provided circumferentially. Both the notch 21 and the groove 22 have a shape into which a filler material 12 can be put, when the filler material 12 in the body 2 is filled. The body 2 is made of a metal and the filler material is a resin, therefore a gap could be produced in a gap between the filler material, and the notch 21 and the groove 22, caused due to difference of thermal expansion coefficient of the body 2 and the filler material 12. In such a case, since turning direction and axial direction of a hole IC4 can be regulated by the notch 21 and the groove 22, a detection device of moving object that is usable under an environment of wider temperature range, can be obtained.</p> |
