<p>A droplet dispenser (1) for pasty material, for example a puree, comprises a reservoir (2) having a multiplicity of dispenser tubes (3). A rotor (4) having blades (5, 6) rotates in the pasty material which is kept at a constant level (12). The tips of the blades (5, 6) do not touch the inlets of the dispenser tubes (3) but pass a certain distance therefrom which is typically from 20 to 30 times the maximum dimension of the particles in the pasty material.
