PURPOSE:To ensure completely stable traveling of a carriage by forming a traveling route using a guide rail which holds a towing mechanism such as a driving belt, and connecting the carriage provided with a driven roller which holds the guide rail between the front and rear, and the towing mechanism through a transmission device. CONSTITUTION:A guide rail 1 is supported by plural columns 10 along a curved route to form a traveling route, and a toothed belt 3 is formed into an endless shape to be disposed around the guide rail 1. A driving mechanism 5 is also arranged at the starting point of the guide rail 1 to be engaged with the teeth of the toothed belt 3 and driven by power of a power generator 7. In a carriage 2 engaged with the guide rail 1 so that it may travel freely, a fixed gear 35 serving as a transmission device provided in the carriage 2 is engaged with the outside teeth of the toothed belt 3. The guide rail 1 is of approximately rectangular section monorail structure and grooves 1-3 are provided to accommodate the toothed belt 3 on both sides in the center of a side part, respectively, and the carriage 2 is engaged with the guide rail so that it may be held by a driven roller 23.... |
