PURPOSE:To remove dust stuck on a cover glass by moving a slider in- accordance with a movable head approaching a fixed head and sliding both tips of a cleaning member or their adjacent surfaces on the cover glass respectively. CONSTITUTION:When the movable head 5 approaches the fixed head 1, the cleaning member 17 is held between both heads, and both its tips 17a and 17b are brought into contact with a guide corner 18 of the fixed head 1 and a guide corner 19 of the movable head 5 respectively, and are subsequently bent along the corners to be led to the surfaces of the cover glasses 4 and 8. At this time, the slider 15 is moved on supporting poles 16 under a balancing state by elasticity of the cleaning member 17 to be positioned approximately in a middle part between both heads. In this case, the movable head 5 is brought under the closest state to the fixed head 1, and moreover, during the time when the movable head 5 is separated from the fixed head 1, the surfaces of the cover glasses 4 and 8 are rubbed by the surfaces of the cleaning member 17. By this method, dust stuck to the surface of the cover glass 4 can be wiped off. |
