The method of producing a medical preparation preventing mycosis and destroying parasites, particularly Varroa jacobsoni Oud., characterized in that the waste product of the krill treatment - chitin is deacetylated up to at least 20% of the deacetylation degree, and further the obtained product is dissolved in an organic acid, preferably formic acid or acetic acid up to the concentration of 15-20 μg/ml, preferably 20-40 μg/ml, and the solution is possibly suspended in the solution of monosaccharides or polysaccharides, preferably in approximately a 50% glucose or saccharose solution until the concentration of 15-20 μg of an active substance/ml of syrup is obtained.
