LINEAR TYPE SECTION WITH CONTINUOUS JOINT AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To improve the unit consumption of roll by forming male pawls which are curved toward the center side of web and of which the both sides are symmetric on both end sides in the width direction of web and making the length on one side of those circular arc specified times of thickness. CONSTITUTION:The male pawls 1b which are curved toward the center side of web and of which both sides are symmetric are formed on both end sides in the width direction of the web 1a which has a fixed effective width W and a prescribed thickness tw in accordance with a used part. The length (l) on one side of circular arc of those male pawls are taken as 1-5 times of the thickness tF of the pawls 1b. In this way, continuous joint type section with the male pawls is manufactured by classifying them into economical desired sizes in accordance with construction project.
