PURPOSE:To form the above sheet to make a sintered body having excellent surface smoothness where applied between a green sheet and a calcination base by dispersing inorg. powder which does not melt at the calcination temp. of the green sheet to be interleft, providing a specific barrier layer on one surface and further, limiting the surface roughness of the other surface. CONSTITUTION:This interleaving sheet 6 is formed by dispersing the inorg. powder of 5 to 300mu average grain diameter which does not melt at the calcination temp. of the green sheet into and/or on the ceramic molding 5 itself or the green sheet to be calcined at the time of calcining this molding. Further, the barrier layer 1 which is thermally decomposed at the temp. higher than the temp. of the org. binder used for molding the green sheet, is non-meltable and has >=50mu thickness on one surface. The other surface 21 is so formed as to have 10 to 200mu surface roughness. The ceramic molding 5 and the calcination base 7 are illustrated. The adhesion of the above-mentioned interleaving sheet to the desired sintered body is prevented as the green sheet is calcined and the inorg. powder is captured at the time of calcining the ceramic molding to be treated. Consequently, the pollution of the environment by the dust, etc., produced by the removal of the adhered inorg. powder is prevented. |
