PURPOSE:To make an apparatus adaptable also to a motor differing from the motor of the apparatus in capacity by detecting a current flowing through a motor armature, by setting the value of the detected current so that the current value corresponds to the capacity of the motor and by controlling the maximum torque of the motor according to the set value. CONSTITUTION:An armature current control circuit 16 limits the maximum torque of a motor 6 and detects a motor armature current 12 via the resistance 13 of a motor driving circuit so that the maximum value of a current feedback signal 10 to be fed back to a current control amplifier 17 can be set and changed beforehand in the manner of corresponding to a motor capacity. That is, the armature current control circuit 16 functions as limiter for the current feedback signal 10. Thus, the current made to flow through the motor 6 is limited, and when the capacity of the motor 6 changes, the maximum current of the used motor 6 is set so that the limiting value of the current feedback signal 10 is specified as the maximum value. As a result, it is possible to correspond to a different motor specification. |
