PURPOSE:To obtain a light hollow vessel with thin wall and smart appearance by a method in which in the producing process of a baked object, a wall is molded on the outer wall or the inner wall of a dried and shrunk molded object, and it is baked, thereby molding thin hollow part. CONSTITUTION:While the holder R of a potter's wheel is slowly rotated, the fine powder of the combustible such as paper directly or the combustible K mixed with paste is blown onto the inner peripheral surface of the outer wall 3 in rotation. The molded object covered with the combustible is dried by a microwave oven or hot blast, whereby it is shrunk and is stably fixed. Next, said molded object is kept to be filled with slurry body, and when the slurry body is caused to flow out by decantation, an inner wall 1 is molded on the inner peripheral surface of the combustible 2, whereby the vessel 4 of base material is molded. When said vessel is baked, the combustible K is burned and is exhausted from a small vent as gas, and the combustible layer becomes hollow, and when the small vent is filled, a hollow vessel is completed. |
