CONVENTIONAL RETURN ENVELOPE IN A TWO-PART MAILER AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY

A two-part mailer incorporates a conventional return envelope therein. The return envelope is affixed to a back side of a first web part that is subsequently heat-sealed to a second web part to form a two-part mailer. The method of assembly has a step in which the return envelope is affixed to the back side of the first web part in such a manner that the return envelope will not interfere with a glassing patch and/or die-cut area in the first web part nor interfere with removal perforations along the web part nor cause excessive bulk in areas where the first web part is heatsealed to the second web part to form the two-part mailer.
