PURPOSE:To manufacture a battery having a high sealing effect and absorbing the fluctuation due to the expansion and shrinkage of resin with a simple method by heating and burying a glass net on the outer periphery of the lamination type battery. CONSTITUTION:A glass net 11 is wound on a frame portion on the outer periphery in the longitudinal direction of a lamination type battery 13, a metal piece 14 is heated, and the metal piece 14 is pressed on the frame portion on the outer periphery of the lamination type battery 13 from above the glass net 11. The frame portion is made of resin, this portion is melted by the heat of the metal piece 14, and the glass net 11 is buried into the frame portion. The sealing effect is increased, the leakage is entirely eliminated, and the fluctuation due to the expansion and shrinkage of the resin is absorbed by the mesh of the glass net 11 when the operating temperature of the battery 13 is changed. |
