The rope (19) is coupled at one end to an intermediate component (14, 14') having three attachment points in a triangle pattern. - At another attachment point (16) the component is detachably coupled to the mechanism, typically formed by a hydraulic ram (13). A tie rod (22) can be used instead of the rope.
