PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a metal and a resin and to prevent the penetration of a washing solution for solder flux into a molded product from a gap by using a composition prepared by compounding polycarbonate and a filler with thermoplastic polyester. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic polyester resin (A) being the base resin of a resin material is obtained by the polycondensation of a dicarboxylic acid compound, the polycondensation of an oxycarboxylic acid compound or the polycondensation of a mixture of those three compounds. Next, a polycarbonate resin (B) is compounded with the thermoplastic polyester resin (A). The presence of polycarbonate suppresses the anisotropy of the molding shrinkage of a composition prepared by adding a fibrous filler and/or a non-fibrous inorg. filler to the thermoplastic polyester resin. Further, polycarbonate acts so as not to form a gap at the interface of an insert metal and a resin 1 because the shrinkage factor of polycarbonate itself is small. |
