The solenoid valve controls the passage (18) between a high-pressure chamber and a low-pressure one. It has a plunger (12) slid by a solenoid (29) against spring action (32) in a bore (4) in the housing (1) connected to an annular chamber (17). At the opposite end the latter joins via a first cone angle (a1) onto an outlet drilling (5) coaxial to the plunger bore (4), in which a relieved portion (14) of the plunger-type guide (12) is accommodated. The guiding portion (11) of the guide tapers towards the relieved one at a second angle (a2) greater than the first, and the junction line (15) forms a sealing edge working against a seat (7) on a face of the annular chamber tapering towards the outlet drilling. A second cylindrical part (16) of the guide joining onto the relieved portion works the outlet drilling and encloses by its end face a chamber (31) in the housing, connected by a passage (30,26) to another chamber at the other end of the guide (11), and also by a throttle (9) to an unloading chamber.
