<p>PURPOSE:To perform continuous change of an operation lower limit value at any time by arranging a magnetic substance in a gas chamber or a piston against a magnet provided on the piston or the gas chamber, and magnetizing the magnetic substance by means of a coil provided on the outside of the container. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 16 is fixed in a piston 13 for partitioning the inside of a container 11 into a gas chamber 12A and a liquid chamber 12B. A magnet substance 17 is provided in a gas chamber 12A side bottom portion of the container 11. A coil 18 connected to a DC power supply is provided on the outside of the container 11 through a switching means. Consequently, the attracting force or the repulsive force generated between the magnet 16 and the magnetic substance 17 by the magnetization of the magnetic substance 17 is exerted on the piston 16. Thereby the operation limit value is continuously and arbitrarily set at any time.</p> |
