MANUFACTURE OF TIER WHOSE INSIDE IS PROVIDED WITH MARK

PURPOSE:To enable the title method to operate an inspection device by placing high reliance on classification into product tires and semi-product tires, by a method wherein a green tire is assembled by making use of raw fabric of a linear to which marks of information in relation to specification of the tire is printed beforehand and a transparent mold release agent and a mold release agent having favorable exhaust properties are applied respectively to the inside of the tire where marks are put and the other part of the same. CONSTITUTION:Marks obtained by coding or bar-coding information relating to a tire by combinding arrangements of English letters and numerals are printed on the central part of the surface of a raw fabric liner becoming the inner surface of the linear raw fabric 1 in a green tire molding process, the printed marks are read in by a mark reading-in device and the information is applied to a memory. Then the molded green tire is sprayed with a transparent mold release agent and a mold release agent containing a filling agent by making use of sprayers 4, 5', so that the central part which is the inside of the green tire 1 and printed with the marks and the remaining part which is close to an opening part of the inside of the tire are coated respectively with a coating of the transparent mold release agent and the mold release agent containing the filling agent.
