<p>PURPOSE:To reduce an external flaw so as to improve quality by electrically conducting electrode sheaves, and forming a closed circuit even when fellow wire streaks, running via the respective electrode sheaves, are brought into no contact. CONSTITUTION:Constitution is formed of two of the first/second electrode sheaves 2a, 2b respectively arranged in front and rear sides of a transformer 3, and further by electrically conducting the electrode sheaves 2a, 2b, a closed circuit is formed even when fellow wire streaks 1, running via the respective electrode sheaves, are brought into no contact. Accordingly, the closed circuit is formed even without linking the two wire streaks in the single electrode sheave as in the past. In this way, an external flaw is reduced to improve quality by preventing the fellow wire streaks from coming into contact.</p> |
