PURPOSE:To obtain a molding having a similar function to a honeycomb core inexpensively and readily by allowing a resin layer with high melt viscosity to contain a foaming agent as an intermediate raw material, and covering it with a resin layer having low melt viscosity CONSTITUTION:The resin is the same in its inner layer resin and outer layer resin, and it is preferable to employ resin which is different in its polymeric degree, wherein it is important that the resin is compatible mutually, and epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, and the like are given therefor. Herein, the foaming agent is not limited particularly and decided by the combination with resin, and soluble volatile matters such as an organic, inorganic foaming agent, hydrocarbon, and the like are used. For manufacturing an intermediate raw material from these raw materials, for example, resin with high viscosity, a curing agent, and a foaming agent are mixed and extruded into a sheet and resin with low viscosity is applied thereto for making then into a double layered sheet. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide a separating film for preventing the occurrence of foaming gaseous bubbles around the interlayers, and the separating film is provided on the low viscosity resin side. For the separation film, non-woven fabric, fabric, knitting, and the like are employed. |
