<p>PURPOSE:To easily linearize the loop gain of a control system by sampling an operation output value and a process variable, and extracting effective data on a static characteristic from the sampled data and generating polygonal line data. CONSTITUTION:A polygonal line data generating means 155 finds the mean value of sampling data regarding the process variable decided as effective data by operation output value installation data to generate the polygonal line data. The polygonal line data obtained by the polygonal line data generating means 155 is compared with a current process variable and when the deviation exceeds a certain range, an abnormality diagnostic means 157 diagnoses a control system as an abnormal system and requests a proper countermeasure. The inverse function of the polygonal line data obtained by the polygonal line data generating means 155, on the other hand, is calculated by an inverse function arithmetic means 158 and then supplied to the operation output value. Consequently, the nonlinear loop gain can easily be linearized.</p> |
