The rotary-piston IC engine has a pair of pistons on a central shaft working in a cylindrical chamber with inlet and outlet ports in the walls. The pistons (3a,3b) extend in the radial direction on the shaft (2), which is at the centre of the chamber (6). The first one turns with the shaft, and the second in relation to it, its movement in relation to the first being controlled by a crank drive. The latter comprises a coupling disc (5) outside the chamber in bearings in the housing eccentric to the shaft, and which contains a diametral guide for the roller (10) on a driving crank (4a) fixed to the shaft, and for that (11) on a control crank (4b) fixed to the second piston.
