PURPOSE:To form such sushi boiled rice as shaped by an artisan in a constant shape by shaping sushi boiled rice in a plate-like shape, storing the plate in a frame in a state separated into respective hand-grasped shape sushi rice pieces, receiving the sushi rice pieces in a receiving container carried, and press-molding the received sushi rice pieces with a press lever into a ship shape. CONSTITUTION:Sushi boiled rice in a hopper 3 is kneaded with a stirring member 10 and molded into a plate with a rotary downward carrying member 4. The sushi boiled rice plate is divided into the sizes of respective hand-grasped shape rice pieces with a rotary disks 6 and a pressing plate 7 on a conveyor 20. The divided sushi boiled rice pieces are temporarily stored in a frame 8, and received in the receiving member 28 of a sushi receiving container 26 with a press lever 9. The received such boiled rice pieces are pressed with the press lever 9 into ship shape. The container 26 is intermittently driven with a conveyor 20. |
