AIR AND WATER PERMEABLE FOAMING RESIN MOLDED BODY AND ITS MANUFACTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To shorten the manufacturing time, lessen dirt and stain and increase the bonding strength among particles, particularly the bonding strength at the time of high temperature by providing communicating voids of specified void content in foamed body blocks formed by bonding respective foaming resin particles of closed cell structure by means of polyolefin resin with specified melting point. CONSTITUTION:Adjacent foaming particles 2 of a closed cell structure are bonded each other by means of polyolefin resin 3 having the melting point of 40-90 deg.C, and when foamed body blocks 1 are formed by bonding said foaming resin articles 2 altogether, communicated voids 4 having 10-55% void content (volume ratio) are formed and a air and water permeable resin molded body is constituted.
