PURPOSE:To execute a smooth up shift and to improve a shift feeling by displacing the low car speed region part of an up shift line in a direction, in which a throttle opening is increased before and after an up shift so that output shaft torque is smoothly coupled. CONSTITUTION:When a 1-2 shift command is outputted from an electronic control device 95 to an automatic transmission, an engaging oil pressure produced by regulating a line pressure by a pressure control valve 80 is fed to an operating chamber 86 of a kick down servo 30a. An engaging oil pressure fed to a working chamber 86 of the kick down support 30a is generated through duty control of a pressure control solenoid valve 94. The engaging oil pressure is controlled according to a throttle opening theta at a point of time at which a 1-2 shift command is outputted. The 1-2 shift command is outputted based on a 1-2 shift line S12, and the low car speed region part of the 1-2 shift line S12 is displaced to the increase side of a throttle opening theta. |
