<p>PURPOSE:A recording solution having improved emerging stability, long-term shelf stability, grabbing properties, concentration of printed image, clarity, water resistance, light resistance, etc., obtained by dispersing finely divided particles of pigment having a molecular weight in a specific range into an aqueous dispersion medium containing a specific polymer. CONSTITUTION:(A) A polymer consisting of both a hydrophilic part and a hydrophobic part (e.g., a polymer obtained by copolymerizing preferably 25-40wt% hydrophilic monomer, e.g., acrylic acid, etc. with a hydrophobic monomer, e.g., styrene, etc., having a molecular weight preferably 5,000-100,000) is used as a dispersant in a water-soluble organic solvent (e.g., methyl alcohol, etc.,) and (B) finely divided particles of pigment are dispersed in the aqueous dispersion medium. A ratio of the average-molecular weight of the component A to B is 1/30-1/150. The amount of the component A is preferably 10-150wt% based on the component B. EFFECT:Having low smell and toxicity, and improved safety, e.g., inflammability, etc.</p> |
