PURPOSE:To enhance the preservability of a sheet itself and the transfer properties of a dye by providing an ink layer containing a polyvinyl acetoacetal resin and/or a polyvinyl butyral resin, a resin having a specific glass transition point and a heat-diffusible dye on a support. CONSTITUTION:An ink layer containing a polyvinyl acetoacetal resin and/or a polyvinyl butyral resin, a hologenated olefinic resin heat-diffusible dye is formed on a support. The degree of polymerization of the polyvinyl acetoacetal resin and/or the polyvinyl butyral resin is pref. 1500 or more, especially pref., 1500-3000. The wt. ratio of the binder and the heat-diffusible dye is pref. 1:10-10:1, especially pref., 2:8-8:2. The ink layer contains the specific resin, that is, the halogenated olefinic resin having a glass transition point (Tg) of 60 deg.C or lower, especially, 20-60 deg.C. The compounding amount of the resin specified in its glass transition point is usually 10-100 pts.wt., pref., 15-50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the binder. |
