PURPOSE:To prevent deposition on the inside of the steel pipe of spatters generated at the time of manufacturing and welding the steel pipe by applying a solution to produce a solid material by being dried or burnt on the steel strip surface or steel surface which is made into the steel pipe inside. CONSTITUTION:The deposition is prevented by preventing the contact of molten metal grains at high temperature with the inside of the steel pipe and the solution applied is dried or burnt by sensible heat of molten metal to come flying and the solid material is produced between the molten metal grains and the inside of the steel pipe to prevent the deposition. In the cases of water glass, the sodium aluminate solution and the dextrin solution or the solution containing resin, respectively, sodium silicate, sodium aluminate and carbon are produced, respectively and a barrier of the solid material to prevent the deposition is formed. Application is carried out continuously by a roll, buff or a brush and spray as the applying method thereof. |
