<p>PURPOSE:To enable data processing through only the execution of designation by preserving data by filing it after working and processing the data by setting designated data by designating a data working and processing method, a filing interval, and a data preservation period to a definition file from the outsides. CONSTITUTION:When the working and processing method, a filing method and a data taking out method are defined in the definition file 31, the working and processing method is set in a data working means 40, the filing method is set in a data working and filing means 50, and the data taking out method is set in a file data taking out means 70. Then, the data working means 40 works and processes the data in conformity to the definition of the working and processing method of the definition file 31, and the data working and filing means 50 files the worked and processed data on the basis of the filing method, and preserves the file data. Besides, the file data taking out means 70 reads out the file data in conformity to the definition of the data taking out method of the definition file 31. Thus, the objective data can be obtained by only designating the data processing to the definition file 31.</p> |
