<p>A dressing for wounds or dermal ulcers. The dressing includes a semi-permeable, transparent polyurethane film (100) and a plurality of concentric polyethylene foam rings or disks (A-D). Application of foam rings to a semi-permeable thin film permits modification of the moisture/vapor transmission characteristic of the wound dressing which can be adjusted to suit the wound environment.</p> |
