PURPOSE:To accomplish the continuous production of giaoz (dumpling stuffed with minced pork) with crescent-shaped flute by peripherally setting up under the extrusion port female molds each provided with a crescent recess and fluting member and by inserting a giaoz material into the space between one of the female molds and the corresponding male mold facing thereto. CONSTITUTION:A giaoz material c extruded continuously through an extrusion port 16 is allowed to fall, via a guide roller 17, to a pair of rotary drums 18,19 being in rotation so as to sandwich said material c in between them, and, at a point where male and female molds 21,31 face to each other, the male mold 31 is advanced, and the giaoz material c is pressed into the female mold 21 and formed to crescent shape. At the same time, a fluting member 24 is advanced and one surface of the molded giaoz is provided with several curved flutes and the periphery of the giaoz is pressed and cut between the male and female molds. The giaoz material is then allowed to fall along the rotary drum 19, rides on a debonding pallet 38, and debonded and made to fall onto a carrying conveyor 39, and then carried. Thus, the giaoz material is formed into giaoz with crescent-shaped flute and then taken out continuously. |
