PURPOSE:To produce a dainty having the same flavor and texture as those of dried fish meat by immersing sliced chicken or animal meat in a seasoning solution, removing water and roasting. CONSTITUTION:Raw chicken or animal meat is sliced and immersed in a characteristics seasoning solution to provide the meat with a flavor of fish meat for about 12-24 hours. Then the meat is dried or air-dried for 24 hours to 15-35% water content and roasted by fire of charcoal or far infrared rays. |
