PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of developing a software for each output document by processing document output element data to produce a document image and storing it in an output file. CONSTITUTION:The item of the part of a square of document image data where document output element data 1 is input is preferentially stored in an output file 4, and in the other part the document output element data 1 is stored in the output file 4 and also a tabulated result is stored in the output file 4 in accordance with instructions for tabulation of a summarized file 3. With this, it becomes unnecessary to re-execute the development of software for changing the output document. |
