<p>PURPOSE:To improve paper feed efficiency by rotating a motor to lift up a bottom plate of a loading part which is used more frequently when the unused time exceeds a specified time as well as lifting up each of the bottom plates of the paper loading parts of a plural number of stages to a paper feeding state by one reciprocal rotational motor. CONSTITUTION:Shafts 13, 14 of lift-up levers 4, 5 to put the bottom plates of two stages of paper feed cassettes 1, 2 in the paper feeding state by way of lifting up them are individually rotated through a one-way clutch by reciprocal rotation of a motor 15, and the bottom plates are separately put in the state capable of feeding paper for the cassettes 1, 2. The lift-up motor 15 is made to stand by way of rotating the lift-up motor 15 so that the bottom plate of the cassette 1 set with A4 size paper which is the more frequently used of paper sized for example, A4 and A3) to be set on the cassettes 1, 2 comes to be capable of feeding paper. The lift-up motor 15 is devised to rotate when it continues to be in the unused state for more than a specified length of time. Consequently, it is possible to quicken a copying time and to improve paper feeding efficiency.</p> |
