PURPOSE:To prevent polyethylene product from becoming cloudy caused by heat treatment by elevating stepwisely temp. in a sterilization container after a polyethylene product is placed in the sterilization container and bringing the temp. in the sterilization container to a temp. being necessary for heat sterilization. CONSTITUTION:When temp. in a sterilization container is elevated stepwisely, temp. of a polyethylene product placed in this sterilization container is gradually elevated as shown by a broken line b. Therefore, as nonuniformity of temp. in the polyethylene product disappears and difference between the temp. in the polyethylene product and the surrounding temp. is lessened, and the polyethylene product is prevented from becoming cloudy. |
