PURPOSE: A device for connecting post and handrail of fence is provided to connect a post and handrail of a fence using one connecting member even if the inclining and direction of the post and handrail are difference. CONSTITUTION: A device, for connecting post and handrail of fence, comprises a first through-hole on a central part. The first flange part is formed on one end of the column side fastener and passes through the first through hole. The first flange part is hanged on the rear side of the column side fastener. A first pivot passes through the first through hole.
