PURPOSE:To improve conductive characteristics, such as critical current density, etc., and bending characteristic, etc., by electrodepositing a sintered body of powder layers onto a heat resistive conductor so as to have a superimposed state via a thin layer of the heat resistive conductor. CONSTITUTION:A dispersing solution, comprising a powder body of bismuthal oxide and an iodine-acetone solution, is charged in an electrodeposition vessel, and a silver tape is introduced into the electrodeposition vessel in which a platinum plate anode is arranged, followed by an electrodeposition treatment to form a powder layer. Next, after the powder layer being pressed and compressed, silver is vacuum deposited onto the powder layer, then it is introduced into the electrodeposition vessel to form a powder layer, followed by a pressing process. The operation is repeated in this manner so that a plurality of powder layers are superimposed via silver deposited layers. Subsequently, it is sintered to form superimposed layers on the silver tape. Consequently, conductive characteristics can be improved, and coil forming, etc., can easily be performed due to enough strength and bending characteristics.
