PURPOSE:To shorten parking waiting time and to prevent improper parking from occurring by providing a car stop which guides a vehicle fitting in the speed of the vehicle, and also, prevents a managing defect from occurring due to the parking of an unallocated vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A parking lot managing table 204 which manages parking space information is provided, and a number plate 208 arranged at a parking place is guided to a place where it can be confirmed by a guide means 207 to the parking place to which the vehicle is allocated fitting in the speed of the vehicle based on the information sent from the parking lot managing table 204 and the information of a sensor 206 which detects the speed of the vehicle. Furthermore, the parking of the unallocated vehicle can be prevented occurring by a managing device 205 by the car stop 210 arranged at the parking place. Thereby, guidance to the parking place can be surely performed without generating under or over speed, and since the car stop 210 is prevented from being released until an allocated vehicle arrives at the parking place, the parking of the unallocated vehicle can be prevented from occurring. |
