PURPOSE:To attain notice of charge in voice at any time by storing a telephone call charge in a charging data base, referencing the charging data base upon the receipt of a charge notice request from an automobile telephone subscriber, editing the relevant charge information in voice and notifying it to the automobile telephone subscriber. CONSTITUTION:When an automobile telephone subscriber 3 starts calling, an automobile telephone exchange station 1 starts charging, and when the call is terminated, a charging rate/charge conversion section 8 converts a message rate into the talking charge and a storage command section 9 sends and stores a telephone call charge to a charging data base 7. When the automobile telephone subscriber 3 dials to recognize the call charge, a central processing unit 6 uses a reference command section 10 to retrieve a charge of the automobile telephone subscriber 3 for the date in the charging data base 7 based on the caller number and sends the retrieved data to a voice synthesizer 5, which converts the retrieved data into a voice according to a command of an edit command section 11 and charge is noticed by a command of a notice command section 12. |
