PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display mounting device and a mounting structure thereof by which orientation of a display attached to a wall surface can be properly changed from a horizontal direction. SOLUTION: A display a is attached to a wall surface 1 by a mounting device P which includes a mounting member 3 having the display a attached thereto and a locking member 2 to be attached to the wall surface 1 and has a turning connection part 4 for attaching the mounting member 3 to the locking member 2 turnably in the horizontal direction, whereby the display 2 is efficiently utilized because the orientation of the display a can be properly changed in accordance with a place where a resident exists, when the display is mounted in a wide room like LDK for use as a sitting room, a dining room, and a kitchen in a living space.
