PURPOSE:To perform recording excellent in color reproducibility by adding a thermal transfer dye, an isocyanate compound, modified silicone oil and a high-molecular binder resin to a dye donating layer. CONSTITUTION:A dye donating layer is provided to one surface of a support and contains a thermal transfer dye, an isocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups, modified silicone oil having a functional group reacting with said isocyanate compound in its molecule and a high-molecular binder resin having an active hydrogen group reacting with the isocyanate compound. In this case, as the isocyanate compound, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate and triphenylmethane triisocyanate can be designated and, as modified silicone oil, amino modified silicone oil, carboxyl modified silicone oil and alcohol modified silicone oil can be designated and, as the high-molecular binder resin, a polyamide resin, a polyester resin, an epoxy resin and a polyurethane resin can be designated. |
