<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a coated steel material having enough impact resistance and excellent hot water resistance for a long period by forming a anticorrosion coating film incorporating specified six components as the essential components on the surface of the steel material which is preliminarily subjected to a surface treatment. CONSTITUTION:The outer surface of a steel pipe 1 from which scale or the like is removed is coated with an anticorrosion coating material 2 with a coater 4 and heated with a heater device 5 or the like for curing the coating film. The anticorrosion coating film 2 consists of (a) epoxy resin, (b) phenoxy resin, (c) silicone prepolymer having a silanole group at the end of molecule, (d) org. titanate, (e) amine-type curing agent or mixture curing agent of dicyandiamide and imidazole, and (f) org. pigment. The coating material is applied by well- known method such as spray coating using a spray coater, roll coating, squeeze coating, brush coating and flow coating.</p> |
