1. A copying cutter with a roller-shaped housing and a ball-shaped head on which cutting blades are fixed, the blade edges running principally parallel to the axial cross-section plane of the cutter. Each of the cutting blades (5, 6, 7) is set in a separate groove (4) with the reservation that a projection of the longitudinal axis (12) of the groove (4) on axial cross-section plane of the cutter and the longitudinal axis of this cutter form an acute angle (α) whereas the intersection point of the longitudinal axes (12) of each of the grooves (4) with this plane lies approximately in the point where the longitudinal axis (13) and the ball head surface line (2) meet.<IMAGE>
