The invention relates to a device enabling liquids to be sprayed continuously, various adjustments acting on the flow rate of the spray. It consists of a carriage (trolley) 1 supporting a tank 2 on which a pump 4 is mounted. A lever arm 18 is fixed to the control rod 17. A stud 23 is fixed to a wheel 21 of the carriage, rotating on an axle (spindle) solidly attached to the base 15, so that, when the wheel rotates, this stud bears on the lever arm 18, thus actuating the pump. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for tracing (marking out) paint lines or spraying products for treating vegetables. <IMAGE>
