Fireproof sec. light with metal vapour lamp - giving good light distribution in mining applications

Flame-proof sec. light with metal vapour lamps consists of the metal e.g. Na vapour lamp (1) and two concave mirrors (2,4) with an acrylic glass cover (3). The first mirror (4) is provided with cooling fins and the second mirror is adjustable, for alteration of the light distribution. Compact fluorescent lamps can be used instead of the metal vapour lamp. USE/ADVANTAGE - Good light distribution with little dazzle, partic. in mining applications. (1/4)
